All employees can book their own car directly in our app, and all costs go straight to the company invoice. Finally, no more out-of-pocket expenses for business trips!
An administrator can book cars for others directly in our app or online portal. The driver then receives an SMS with a link to the booking - all they need to do is hop in and drive.
All costs related to the trip - e.g. rental fee, tolls, and driven kilometers - are calculated automatically along the way. You can also pay for parking and fuel directly in the app, so all costs end up on the same invoice.
In the business portal you can add a cost center when booking a car, ensuring costs are allocated to the right project. For example, if a client is covering the costs.
In the business portal you’ll have full control of all active and completed rentals. Export detailed accounting and usage reports to Excel so you can process them as you like.

Does it cost anything to have a business account?
No, there are no fixed costs for having a business account with Hyre. You’re only charged when you actually rent a car, and you can add as many employees as you like to your business account.
Can I get all costs on the same invoice?
Yes, you can apply to receive either a monthly invoice or a single invoice once you’ve created a business account. You’ll receive a response from us within one business day.
Are the rental prices different for businesses?
No, you pay the same low rental prices whether you rent privately or through a business account with Hyre. If you are looking for other B2B options, please let us know by emailing b2b@hyre.se.
Do I need a separate user in addition to my private one?
No, you use the same account and login whether you rent for work or privately. The only difference is that you switch the payment method when booking a car.
