Job Description
- Part-time position as a customer service agent at Hyre's customer service department.
- We are looking for employees that can work during evenings, weekends and holidays. Being able to work during daytime hours is a big plus.
- Our agents assist customers, in the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway), who reach out to us via phone, chat, and email with inquiries or need for help. Additionally, our customer service monitors some of the warning systems Hyre uses to ensure our cars are functioning properly.
- The position corresponds to around 1-2 shifts per week, primarily during evenings, weekends and holidays. One shift is 8 hours. This position is highly flexible, as you only need a mobile phone and a computer to perform the work, and you can currently work from wherever you want.
Note: you need to be in possession of your own laptop.
Who are you?
- You live in Stockholm
- You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of Norwegian and/or Danish is a great advantage
- You keep a cool head and manage to maintain a friendly and professional tone in all situations
- You are structured, self-driven, and detail-oriented
- You enjoy interacting with people and love solving problems
- You have solid IT skills and are comfortable using MS Office and digital tools
- You can handle multiple tasks at once in an efficient and organized manner
- You’re flexible and available to work both days, evenings, and weekends – ideally several times a week
- You hold a Category B driver's license and preferably have basic car knowledge
- You may already have experience from customer service or other service roles – a big plus, but not a requirement
- You’re passionate about our vision of a future where no one needs to own a private car in the city

Important information and dates
- The recruitment process is in two stages: First a digital interview via Google Meet. Selected candidates are then invited to the second and final round, which is an in-person interview at the Stockholm office.

- The onboarding process is three days, in-person, at the Stockholm office.
🗓️ The onboarding will be conducted on 26/5, 27/5 + 28/5 from 09-15
